  Competely f**ked up our order. Placed our order 4 hours in advance. Tried ordering vegetable noodles and it came loaded with shrimp and chicken (this was for a vegetarian), only one order of chicken balls actually came with sauce on them. I your too busy to provide quality food let people know there will be a wait on their orders in order to provide the quality your expected to provide. If you can't answer your phone because your too busy, make sure you have another employee avaliable on busier days.

  I would give this location a higher rating for the food but the service and the capricious approach to hours of operation and service have displaced this as a choice for take out when planning a meal. They advise 20 minutes for pick up and it can be 50. They post hours to be open and have been closed when one tries to get through. I have been present when they are in chaos at the front desk. Yes the food is acceptable or good but.....

  For the record, there is no Chinese delivery in Pictou County. Pick up only and this is the best option.
